These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Grindstone mobile application ("App") operated by Grindstone ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Grindstone is a free personality-based side hustle discovery tool. The App provides quiz-based personality profiling and hustle recommendations for entertainment and informational purposes. Results are based on your self-reported answers and should not be considered professional career, financial, or psychological advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Cost

Grindstone is free to download and use. All features, including your full personality profile, all 200+ hustle matches, step-by-step guides, and future updates, are available at no cost. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future, but existing free features will remain free.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (e.g., income entries, hustle progress). We do not claim ownership over your data.

5. Accuracy of Information

The hustle recommendations, income ranges, match percentages, and other information provided by the App are estimates based on general data and your quiz responses. We do not guarantee any specific income, results, or outcomes from following the App's recommendations.

The App, including its design, text, graphics, algorithms, and code, is owned by Grindstone and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grindstone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of income, data, or profits.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
