Delete Your Account

Permanently remove your Grindstone account and all associated data.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the Grindstone app
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
  3. Scroll to the Data section
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm when prompted

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  1. Firebase account — your authentication record is deleted
  2. Cloud data — your Firestore document (quiz results, scores, progress) is deleted
  3. Local data — all on-device data is cleared
  4. Apple Sign-In token — revoked with Apple (if applicable)

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Your quiz results, personality profile, streak history, and all progress will be permanently lost.

Can't access the app?

If you're unable to open the app, email us at support@try-grindstone.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and we'll process your request within 48 hours.
